Crunchy OAT flakes 90%: whole grain OAT flakes 53%, sugar, sunflower oil, whole grain WHEAT flakes 5%, cereal extrudate (rice flour, wheat gluten, barley and wheat malt flour, salt, barley malt extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), cocoa-based beverage powder 5% (sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, dextrose, salt, natural flavouring), grated coconut, glucose syrup, salt, natural flavouring, caramelised sugar syrup, antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract. Dark chocolate pieces 10%: cocoa mass 53.4%, sugar, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin. Allergens highlighted in BOLD. Contains cereals containing gluten ( oats , wheat , barley ) and soya . Not suitable for anyone with a gluten or soya intolerance. May contain traces of peanuts , tree nuts , milk , mustard , sesame , sulphur dioxide and lupin .

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place below 21°C, out of direct sunlight. Shelf life is 8.5–12 months from production; see the best-before date printed on your pouch. Once opened, press the air out and re-seal the zip-lock. If you've bought a larger size, decant a fortnight's worth into an airtight jar and leave the rest sealed.
