Terms and Conditions

By using or ordering from soyaseed, you are showing that you agree with our Terms and Conditions. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping

Orders can take up to 5 working days to be processed and dispatched. Dispatched orders can take up to 10 working days to be delivered, depending on the destination. We do our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible, and we will not be held responsible for damages or losses you may incur due to orders not being dispatched within 5 working days or delivered within 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

It is your responsibility to make sure you provide the correct delivery address and postal code. If you realize you made a mistake with the shipping address, please contact us immediately, as once an order has left our warehouse the address cannot be changed. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will have to re-pay for shipping, and we will not issue a refund for the original shipping fee or re-dispatch the order for free, even if you received free delivery.

Refunds & Returns Policy

You are entitled to a refund within 14 days from the day you receive the products if:

  • the products are expired,
  • the packaging is damaged or not sealed, or
  • we misplaced your order and the products never arrived, or you received the wrong products.

Proof with pictures is required. If you request cancellation for any other reason after placing the order, refunds can only be issued after deducting applicable transaction processing and order handling charges.

If there are damaged goods or missing products, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery, otherwise no refund or replacement can be issued. We do our best to make sure all products leaving our warehouse are in perfect condition; it is your responsibility to check that goods received are in good order. We will not refund or accept returns for products that are opened or damaged by the customer.

If you have changed your mind about a product or ordered the wrong item, we will accept a return within 14 days; you are responsible for the cost of sending the product back to us.

soyaseed’s liability for physical defects in goods is limited to the net sales price of those goods. soyaseed is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or costs arising from interruptions to your business activity.

Coupons

Coupons must be used by the date stated in the email you received them with. Expired or already-used coupons cannot be accepted. Only one coupon may be used per order. Coupons do not apply to the shipping fee.

Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. We store only the minimum amount of information necessary to process a transaction, and we never store your card details ourselves — all card payments are handled by our payment processor.
